Accommodation policy

Before making a reservation, we recommend that you familiarise yourself with the Fatrapark 2 house policy and other basic terms of our business.

Check-in is available from 14:00. For check out guests must leave apartments before 10:00.

If the client with a valid booking is forced to cancel the reservation Fatrapark 2 applies following cancellation charges:

  •     within 21 days of arrival - 50% off total price
  •     within 14 days of arrival - 75% off total price
  •     within 3 days of arrival -total price in full amount.


Claims

Your satisfaction with accommodation and our service is important to us. In the unavoidable events, claims are handled by reception desk under Fatrapark specific conditions procedures.

In ordinary cases (like illness or other serious circumstances) cancellation are accepted and are subject to individual examination. Handling fee for cancellation of € 25 applies.
